Expectation kills human.

How do we kill expectations ? Everynight I been waiting for some miracle to happen , daydreaming too much. No way his not coming back to you , give up girl. Why do humans build expectation when they know they might get disappointment. I guess it's because human love people too easily and forgets that you ain't suppose to have any expectation of him/her after breakup you know. Life sucks to pretend. I don't get how can some girls tolerate and pretend and hide their crush. I will burst it out , yes. I don't hate him , instead it's the opposite . I do love him. What a sad life I have right ?
